Record Time: Brainwaves

Well, hello again.

It’s great to be back after what has been an unexpected and transformative month. A brain tumor diagnosis wasn’t exactly on my December 2024 bingo card—but hey, life has a funny way of surprising you sometimes.

I’m happy to share that my recovery is going incredibly well. Getting back to normal has been challenging but deeply rewarding. In fact, I feel better than I have in a long time. And I couldn’t be more thrilled to return to working on The Modern Xplorer.

To ease back into things, I thought a new Record Time would be the perfect way to start. This latest selection of instrumental tracks, lo-fi beats, and mellow hip-hop is designed to help you reflect, think, or simply be present in the moment.
